Quadratic Equation

A quadratic is "involving the second and no higher power of an unknown quantity or variable." according to Google's definition. You can use a quadratic equation when you throw a ball up in the air and you can see where it lands. You can use it to calculate profit for companies. Lastly, you can use a quadratic equation to calculate speed.  

To prepare for the test I could have asked for more help when I didn't understand something. I had a hard time on the test with monomials because I wasn't here the day we did it. I should have asked for more help to learn the right way to do it. So next time, if I don't understand something I will come seek help so I can do better on the test.

Why I Love Math!

One reason I love math is becuase its not based on memory necessarily.  For me, if you can remember basic rules and a few different equations, you should be alright. For me, I really enjoy math because it comes easier for me than any other subject. I stink at test taking, but in math you can prove your answer so then, you might just be right after all.
